Hotel Pickup
Pickup time depends on your hotel location and selected schedule. Our driver will pick you up from your selected pickup area if pickup service is selected.

Arrival at ATV Location
Reach the ATV activity location in Ubud and complete registration.

Safety Briefing and Equipment Preparation
Receive safety equipment such as helmet and boots, then join a short safety briefing from the ATV guide.

Ubud ATV Adventure
Set out on the ATV ride through scenic rice fields, jungle trails, muddy tracks, river paths, and local village areas. The route may vary subject to weather and local conditions.

Shower and Clean Up
After the ATV ride, clean up using the available shower facility.

Lunch
Experience lunch included in the package after the ATV activity.

Optional Rice Terrace or Swing Visit
When added to the booking, travel onward to Rice Terrace or Bali Swing after the ATV activity.

Head back to Hotel
Once the experience finishes, the driver will return you to your hotel or the drop-off location selected in the reservation.

• Participants must comply with directions provided by the ATV guide and activity staff.
• The ATV route can be muddy, slippery, bumpy, and wet subject to weather conditions.
• Guests must drive carefully and follow the guide’s route.
• Pregnant guests should not participate in this activity.
• Guests with serious back problems, heart problems, or serious physical conditions are not recommended to join this activity.
• If guests choose to join despite having medical or physical conditions, all risks are outside our responsibility.
• Children may join as passengers on Tandem ATV depending on age, height, and provider policy.
• Weather may influence the route and activity experience.
• The planned route or schedule may be revised when weather, safety considerations, route conditions, or local regulations make an adjustment necessary.
• If a minor or serious incident occurs during pickup, drop-off, or ATV activity, our responsibility is limited to the cost of an ambulance or transport to the nearest clinic or hospital.
• Medical treatment, hospital charges, lost belongings, and other personal expenses remain the guest’s responsibility.
• Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended for every participant.
• Requests to cancel or change the date must reach us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
• Arriving late or failing to attend may be treated as a same-day cancellation and can be non-refundable.

Optional hotel transfer is offered from selected Bali locations. The collection time is based on your accommodation and will be confirmed after the reservation is received.

Please wait in the hotel lobby or agreed meeting location no later than 10 minutes before the confirmed collection time.
