01:30 – 03:00 AM: Hotel Pickup
The collection schedule is based on your accommodation. A driver will meet you in the transfer area selected during booking.

03:30 – 04:00 AM: Arrival at Starting Point
Join your local trekking guide and get a short briefing before starting the hike.

04:00 – 06:00 AM: Trekking to Mount Batur Summit
Set off on the climb to the summit of Mount Batur. The trek usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.

06:00 – 07:00 AM: Sunrise at the Summit
Experience the sunrise view from the top of Mount Batur with scenic views across the surrounding mountains and Lake Batur.

07:00 – 08:30 AM: Walk Down from the Summit
Carry on with the trek back down to the starting point with your guide.

08:30 – 09:30 AM: Optional Hot Spring Visit
If you choose the Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking and Hot Spring option, unwind at the natural hot spring after the hike.

09:30 – 11:30 AM: Head back to Hotel
Once the experience finishes, the driver will return you to your hotel or the drop-off location selected in the reservation.

• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in this tour.
• Women who are menstruating are not allowed to join the Mount Batur trekking activity.
• Guests affected by leg injuries, heart problems, breathing problems, asthma, vertigo, or other serious medical conditions must not participate in the hike.
• A guest who participates despite the stated medical or physical restrictions accepts the related risk, which falls outside our responsibility.
• Participants must comply with the guide’s directions throughout the trekking activity.
• The trekking route can be slippery, rocky, and physically demanding.
• Weather may influence the sunrise view and trekking experience.
• If a minor or serious incident occurs during pickup, drop-off, or trekking activity, our responsibility is limited to the cost of an ambulance or transport to the nearest clinic or hospital.
• Medical treatment, hospital charges, lost belongings, and other personal expenses remain the guest’s responsibility.
• Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended for every participant.
• Requests to cancel or change the date must reach us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
• Arriving late or failing to attend may be treated as a same-day cancellation and can be non-refundable.

Optional hotel transfer is offered from selected Bali locations. The collection time is based on your accommodation and will be confirmed after the reservation is received.

Please wait in the hotel lobby or agreed meeting location no later than 10 minutes before the confirmed collection time.
